Safwan Pulikkal Mukkath is co-founder and Partner at URU Consulting LLP and URU Design Beyond, where he leads technical design development and BIM-based project coordination.
As a Technical Design Manager (BIM) and engineer, he specialises in integrated design workflows, technical detailing and multidisciplinary coordination. His work is where architecture, structure and services are checked against each other before anything reaches site.
The aim is accuracy, efficiency and execution quality: technically resolved, well-coordinated architecture and engineering across projects of every scale.
