This policy explains how URU Consulting LLP and URU Design Services LLC ("URU", "we", "us") collect, use and protect personal information submitted through uruconsulting.com.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name and project details, when you submit an enquiry, apply for a role, subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise contact us through this website. We do not collect information passively beyond standard server logs and, if configured, anonymised analytics through Google Analytics 4.
Information submitted through contact or enquiry forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you have requested. Newsletter subscribers receive occasional updates about URU's work and publications. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Enquiry data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase is GDPR-compliant. We do not store payment information. No financial transactions are processed through this website.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (Firebase, Google Analytics, Cloudinary) solely to operate this website and respond to enquiries. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email mail@uruconsulting.com. We will respond within 14 working days.
