Ancient wisdom informs our work through lessons in shade, courtyards, verandahs, local craft and material care, interpreted for the needs of each place.
We incorporate Vastu and cultural design perspectives when clients request them, recording priorities early and discussing their implications alongside practical and technical requirements. The appointment defines the disciplines, investigations and design stages involved. For existing buildings, we consider what can be retained and adapted before proposing replacement.

The appointment defines the stages, fee, programme, deliverables and responsibilities. Construction, procurement, specialist surveys, statutory submissions and site attendance are included only where explicitly agreed. An initial discussion does not establish permission to build or a guaranteed project outcome.
