Who this service is for
For clients commissioning architectural design or renovation where structural and building-services decisions need to be coordinated.
Our approach
We coordinate structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements with the architectural brief. The work addresses interfaces between layouts, structure, service routes, equipment space and access for maintenance.
Specialist design, calculations, inspections and certification are undertaken by the appointed professionals within their agreed scope. Existing-building work may require investigations before alterations can be designed. Responsibilities and deliverables are established at appointment.
GCC Availability
For a project outside India, discuss the location and required scope with the appropriate practice.

Agree the scope before work begins
The appointment defines the stages, fee, programme, deliverables and responsibilities. Construction, procurement, specialist surveys, statutory submissions and site attendance are included only where explicitly agreed. An initial discussion does not establish permission to build or a guaranteed project outcome. A spatial review is not a structural inspection, accessibility certification, measured environmental assessment or statutory compliance audit.
How to get started
Share the project location, intended use, approximate area and current stage. Include available plans or surveys, your main priorities, budget expectations and preferred timing.
Our India practice works with clients in Kozhikode, Kochi, Bangalore and elsewhere by agreement.
