Muhammed Siyad MC is the Technical Head of URU Consulting LLP and URU Design Beyond, and one of the four friends who founded the practice in Kozhikode in 2015.
He oversees how URU’s designs become buildings: construction systems, technical detailing, site execution standards and project coordination. His approach is disciplined and quality-led, putting precision, performance and long-term build quality ahead of speed for its own sake.
He introduced Lean Construction practices at URU to improve workflow, coordination and construction quality across projects, so that what is drawn in the studio is what gets built on site.
