URU Design Services LLC is our Dubai venture, established in 2025. Led by Safder Machilakath, Chartered Engineer and Designer, our team of architects and designers connects URU’s experience in India with architecture, interior and landscape design commissions in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What does URU Design Services LLC do in Dubai?
URU Design Services LLC is URU’s Dubai venture, established in 2025. The studio offers architecture, interior design and landscape design for projects in the UAE and the wider Gulf.
Can you design a villa, penthouse or apartment interior?
Yes. Residential design includes villas, penthouses, apartments and their outdoor spaces. The brief brings together privacy, daylight, storage, materials and the way the household lives.
Do you work on retail and hospitality interiors?
Yes. The regional portfolio includes Aman Modest Fashion in Dubai, Telal Femina Boutique in Saudi Arabia and a proposed restaurant interior for Sheraton Hotel Dubai. Each project page describes its design scope.
How are approvals and specialist consultants handled?
The project location and scope determine the relevant authority, submission route and specialist appointments. These responsibilities are agreed during briefing. URU’s Gulf services focus on architecture, interiors and landscape; standalone engineering services are not offered through this page.
Can I commission a Kerala home while living in Dubai?
Yes. Kerala projects are handled through the India practice. Start with the NRI building guides for budgeting, remote progress reviews and handover, or contact the team to discuss your site.
