For growing teams, business owners and workplace operators moving into a new premises or improving how an existing office supports its people.
Our approach
What we work through together
Translate the working day into a brief
We discuss team size, patterns of attendance, private calls, visitors and the activities that require quiet or shared space. Staff feedback and available plans help establish the right mix of work settings rather than simply fitting in more desks.
Plan connected work settings
Desk layouts, meeting spaces, reception, breakout areas and storage are considered together. Furniture, lighting intent, acoustic priorities and service coordination inform an environment that supports the brief and can accommodate change.
Make refurbishment manageable
For an existing workplace, we identify what can be retained and discuss access, phased occupation and disruption. Technical systems, landlord requirements, procurement and installation responsibilities are clarified as part of the appointment.
How to get started
- Send the project location, approximate area and your main priorities.
- Share available plans or photographs, budget expectations and preferred timing.
- Discuss the scope with the Dubai studio and agree the first stage of work.
Projects elsewhere in the Gulf can be discussed with the team; location, access and coordination requirements determine the appointment.
Enquire about workspace & office designYour questions, answered
Can you improve our existing office rather than design a new one?
Yes. A Space Audit or a focused refurbishment brief can identify layout, storage, lighting and comfort improvements, and establish which changes deserve priority.
Do you design meeting rooms and breakout spaces?
Yes. Meeting, focus, collaboration, reception and breakout areas can be included in the brief. Their size and relationship are based on team needs and the space available.
