Park Residences Apartment Interior

Brief

An apartment interior near Zabeel Park, Dubai, planned around everyday usability, storage and a visually calm living environment.

Context

The design brings together furniture, lighting, materials and circulation within an existing apartment setting.

URU’s role

Residential interior design by URU Design Services LLC.

Design decisions

White and grey form the base palette, with selective red furniture and detail accents. Integrated furniture and concealed storage reduce visual clutter. Matte and textured finishes, glass and layered lighting give the rooms depth without relying on extensive ornament.

Design outcome

The project illustrates an interior approach that connects visual restraint with practical storage and movement. Furniture, storage and lighting are considered as parts of the same living environment.
