We compare layout options, reuse opportunities and finish strategies against your priorities. A refurbishment may focus on surfaces, lighting and furniture; a renovation may involve a wider reconfiguration. The design scope follows the actual problem rather than a preset package.
Plan the work around real constraints
Access, operating hours, occupied areas and the sequence of works matter as much as the finished layout. We identify coordination and phasing requirements within the agreed appointment. Contractor delivery, specialist surveys and approval responsibilities are defined separately.

Yes. Tell us which areas must remain usable and any restrictions on access or working hours. These constraints inform the scope and phasing discussions; the contractor’s execution plan is agreed separately.
